Refund policy

BOGOZZI has a 30 day return policy in place for any defective items or items that were delivered incorrectly from your order. Emails must be submitted within 30 days from date that you order was delivered or your request Can not be processed. 

To start the return process email us at Bo@Bogozzishop.com  & upload a clear video and pictures showing the damage or defect to the item. After review is complete. We will be 
happy to replace & correct our mistake as long as any tags or stickers that were on the 
item when it was received are not removed and the product has not been used or worn.

So... PLEASE INSPECT ALL OF YOUR ITEMS AS SOON AS THEY ARRIVE PRIOR TO REMOVAL OF TAGS OR STICKERS. To ensure that your order is correct & that all items are in proper condition.
